At Ducklings, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges

• Free nationwide shipping is available on all orders above PKR 2,999.

• A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 will be charged on orders below PKR 2,999.

• Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately at checkout and included in the final order total.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and dispatched on the next working day after confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days across Pakistan.

• During sales, promotions, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, delivery times may be extended.

• All deliveries are subject to product availability and order verification.

Order Verification

• Orders above PKR 15,000 may require advance payment confirmation before dispatch.

• In certain cases, Ducklings may request additional payment or identity verification to ensure secure order processing.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

• Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery status of their order.

Delivery Attempts

   Our courier partner will make multiple attempts to deliver your parcel.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the parcel may be returned to Ducklings.

Address Changes

• Shipping address changes can only be requested before an order has been dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, modifications to the delivery address may not be possible.

Shipping Partner

• All orders are delivered through PostEx Courier Services, our official logistics partner.

• Customers are advised to inspect their package upon delivery and report any signs of damage or tampering immediately.
