Shipping policy
- Our shipping and delivery services have been outsourced to Leopard.
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 1499
- The Shipping charge is 199 Rs on orders below 1499 Rs.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 1 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. The customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These orders will not be shipped via courier.
- For tracking deliveries and shipments, we will provide you with a tracking code that will directly link you to Leopard Courier. You will be able to use the code to know where your shipment is and how long it will take for it to reach you through the main Leopard website.
- All orders and shipments are delivered to private addresses only. We do not take any orders that are to be delivered to public places, such as streets, hospitals, eateries, etc.
